Joanne has been involved in the payments industry for over 10 years and specifically within Issuing and Client Relationship Management. After graduating from Edge Hill University with a BSc Psychology, Joanne moved to Gibraltar and became an NLP Practitioner to support her role in managing client relationships. Joanne has a passion for people and finding the best practices to support their business requirements.
