Joanne has over 10 years of Client Relationship Management experience within Cards and Payments Issuing. After graduating from Edge Hill University with a BSc Psychology, Joanne moved to Gibraltar and became an NLP Practitioner to support her role in managing client relationships. Joanne has a passion for people and finding the best practices to support their business requirements and her role will help drive delivery of our partner’s product and services needs aligning to our own ever broadening services.
